Brief history:

JSC “Yuzhuralkonditer” (Chelyabinsk, the United Confectionary Manufacturers management company) is among the leading producers and suppliers of confectionary products on South Ural. The factory’s assortment counts more than 100 confectionary products, such as biscuits, cookies, chocolate candies, caramels. Biscuit pastries “Merendiki” is enterprise’s brand that is known all over Russia. “Merendiki” are produced with various fillings – vanilla cream, cream, chocolate cream, etc on Italian high technology equipment. Modern machines are used for preparation of pastry, cream and other components. 
High quality and social importance of “Yuzhuralkonditer’s” products are recognized by numerous diplomas, awards and prizes of international exhibitions. Wide assortment, high quality, individual approach to each customer describes the enterprise as committed and reliable partner. JSC “Yuzhuralkonditer” have participated in 18 exhibition fairs from 1998 to 2007.

Awards and achievements:

• First, second and third degree diplomas of Moscow tasting fair.
• “100 best goods of Russia” diploma of 1999 and 2000.
• Diploma and silver medal of “Best food products of Russia”.
• “Yuzhuralkonditer” participates in “Prodexpo” and “WorldFood” starting 2002.
• The factory was granted a diploma and a bronze medal for honey and chocolate biscuit pastries “Merindiki”, “Jelly strawberry cream” caramel and “Pigeon’s milk” candies during “Prodexpo” exhibition in Moscow in 2006.
• “Yuzhuralkonditer” products received a diploma and a bronze medal of “Best product of 2007” contest in 2007.

JSC “Yuzhuralkonditer” workers received a letter of gratitude from Russian president V. Putin in 1999 based on the factory’s work balance.
Government board of Chelyabinsk region included JSC “Yuzhuralkonditer” on a list of socially important objects of Chelyabinsk in 2002.

JSC “Yuzhuralkonditer” specialists developed several novelties:

• Line of candies covered in white chocolate with jelly filling: “Cream jelly Appel”, “Cream jelly Bana-na”, “Cream jelly Orange”.
• Favorite tastes with new characteristics. Lollipop caramel with jelly filling “Barberry apple”, “Barberry orange”, “Barberry strawberry”.
