Brief history:

OJSC “Yasnaya Polyana”  was founded in 1973. T.N. Sulimov had been its director from 1975 till present time. Automatic fudge candy and fruit jelly sprinkled with sugar lines were set in operation in the eighties. Biscuit section was reconstructed in the nineties while the new cracker lines were open. The factory entered the group of companies “Red October” in 1996. The factory got the patent for a production of “Tulskiy” spice-cake in 1998. This spice-cake’s quality is acknowledged through a high customer demand and prestigious exhibitions’ awards. Today, OJSC “Yasnaya Polyana” factory is one of the leading enterprises of  the United Confectionary Manufacturers management company and has found its worthy place on the national market.
